ST. HILARY STRIKES GOLD

We are proud to announce that the St. Hilary has recently (June 2008) attained the prestigious GOLD STANDARD Food Hygiene Award issued by the Welsh Food Standards Agency for the second year running.  The award was won following a "spot check" visit by food safety inspectors.

As well as cleanliness of food preparation areas, the inspection looks at how food is sourced, stored, cooked and served and the records maintained to support how we cook food for our guests.

This is a fantastic achievement for us and continues to support our aim of making the St. Hilary one of the best family run guest houses in Llandudno !!
