Just about everything! We had a friendly welcome from Anne-Marie. Our room was well prepared and spotless, with good facilities, including wifi. The breakfast was excellently prepared to order.
Dislikes:
We found the room just a tad small, but was perfectly adequate, and the view wonderful.

We had a lovely view from our window and the decor is so tasteful. Cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the hostess cannot be faulted. Parking is easy and free.

Everything to a high standard - bedroom was modern and new and spotlessly clean - Howard and Anne-Marie so friendly and warm and provided us with wonderful breakfast, varied menu and lots of info.

The fact that it was small and friendly. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The dining room was of the same high standard, and the breakfast was wonderful!
Dislikes:
We chose it for the prox. of the theatre, but realised it was quite a distance from the shops and the busier, pier end. However,we enjoyed the walks each day, especially after our huge breakfasts!

Room comfortable, spacious & great sea view. Breakfasts excellent and nothing too much trouble for our hosts. They saw things from the guest's point of view. Little extras were much appreciated.

An excellent hotel with some lovely touches. Fresh water and mints each day, excellent quality breakfast, ultra clean and looked after. Loved the list of local suppliers.
