Prices quoted are per person per night, sharing a double/twin bedded room.

A deposit of £50.00 per room is required to secure a reservation. We advise all guests to insure against cancellation.

Children are welcome over 8 years old.  Please contact us for a quote.

Single occupancy of double rooms are available at a premium, please contact us for a quote.

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards as payment. 

Cancellation Policy

We advise all guests to insure against cancellation.

Any deposit paid to secure a reservation is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Additional cancellation charges will be levied as follows:

• 4 weeks+ notice - no additional charge
• 1-4 weeks notice - 25% of total amount payable
• 5-7 days notice - 50% of total amount payable
• 0-5 days notice - 100% of total amount payable

Charges may be waived in exceptional circumstances at the proprietor's discretion.

If guests wish to cancel a booking immediately upon receipt of this cancellation policy, please do so in writing within 3 days of either making the booking or receipt of a confirmation letter if applicable. Otherwise the proprietors will assume the guests fully accepts these terms.

Any cancellation must be communicated by telephone and confirmed in writing to the proprietors.
